- Information about the yacht: the service required, how it is operated, type, approximate length, flag state and current location.

- Basic context about how you reached the site: the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters from a link or QR code.
Why we use it
Your data is used for one purpose: to review your enquiry and respond to it, and to carry on the resulting correspondence about a possible engagement.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered by email to AG Yacht Management, where they are reviewed and answered.
The website does not store enquiries in a database. The content of your enquiry lives in our email system.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for — answering you and, where it leads to work, supporting that engagement and any legal or accounting obligation that follows.
Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted once it is clearly no longer relevant.
